2 More January Finishes

 This adorable quilt block was a gift

to me from Judy Curry a few years ago.

I finally sat done and sandwiched it

and quilted it this past weekend.  I love

birds, so I really love this block.

It now has a home on the wall

in my sewing room.  Makes me

smile every time I look at it :)

I made this table runner a couple years ago,

but like many other flimsies, it sat in my UFO tote until this past

weekend.  The blocks are 9" blocks named

Cathy's Star.  I really like this block.  It should look very

nice on my dining room table this fall :)

January Crafting

This is my "Chocolatier" wall hanging that I made with an online group last weekend.  This was a sew along/mystery quilt project.  Thanks so much to Lesley for getting me back to my sewing room.

 

Finished project front and back.

Next I moved on to some paper crafting...

 

These are the ATCs and Paper piecing items I made for a Scrapbook Element Swap.

 

 

 

 

Then I finished up with a Tag Swap and a All Occasion Card Swap.

 

 

 

Looking forward to getting going on some February projects and swaps.

Newest Addition to Our Backyard

I would like for you all to meet Blackberry,

she is our newest backyard family member.

The other cutie is one of my granddaughters.

Blackberry actually belongs to her, but she is

in my backyard....

 

Both these little ladies are pretty darn cute :)
