A New Artistic Adventure

I recently attended my first Home Arts Party.

Kind of a Wine & Canvas type gathering.

 

So here is my art work for the evening.

 

I had a wonderful time!!!

And so many of my friends and family

 are interested in giving it a try,

I will be hosting 2 parties at my house very soon.

Mine will be more of a Cake & Canvas or Coffee & Canvas.

I'm so excited because as the hostess I get to choose the painting to do. 

Maybe a new art form to work at for a change up now & then :)

More Chicks...

I had decided that I wasn't going to purchase anymore

baby chicks this year.  Thought I would stop with the 12

I bought last month.  I was so proud of myself, not going to over due.

But then the unimaginable happened...

My husband, who supposedly doesn't share my love of chickens,

decided I needed 6 more!!!

 

So I now have 2 Rhode Island Reds and 4 Red Stars

 to add to the backyard mini farm too.

I have to admit I wasn't at all upset with

these new arrivals :)
