Oh My...the annual Parke County Covered Bridge Festival, there's nothing better!
Beautiful crafts for sale,
Good food to eat,
Awesome scenery to gaze upon.
The Covered Bridge Festival is actually held in 3 towns in Parke County, Bridgeton, Mansfield, and Rockville. My choice is Bridgeton:)
This covered bridge, unfortunately is not the original. The original one was set on fire and destroyed by vandals. So this is the rebuilt one, but it is still so very beautiful.

There truly is something for everyone at this event. I had a wonderful day:)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

I've always wanted to go see the covered bridges here in Ashtabula county but never have. One of these days! :0)
I know I am kinda late in posting this comment on your post, but I just happened to come over and see this about the covered bridges. I love covered bridges, too, and have posted about them on my blog. That waterfall on one side of it is beautiful!
