Raccoons, Cats, & Deere.....

Here are two of this year's babies... they are sooo cute!!!
The one looking straight at the camera has the sweetest face.
and he is more of a chocolate brown - he looks like a little bear cub:)

This little girl's name is Mercy.
She appeared in our old storage building about
three weeks ago...wild as could be!!!
My dear husband caught her in a live trap and we fed her,
talked to her and finally got to pet and hold her... so now she is a permanent
resident at our back door :)

Now for the "Deere" pictures.....

Yep, it's mowing time.
That would be my husband and myself
riding in that Deere  LOL  Had fun that day.
It's been a long long time since I had a tractor ride,
and the last time the tractor did not have an
enclosed cab with air conditioning!!!

And of course the grandkids needed to ride too... only 3 of 8 were at the house that day, so they were feeling pretty special :)

This was their first tractor ride and they all loved it!

Hugs & Blessings,
Terry

My Grampa worked for the state of Wisconsin building and maintaining roads. He got paid to store his BIG dump truck in his own garage, and his grader was only parked a few miles away. Some of my earliest memories were waiting for Grampa to come home. He would stop at the corner and Cindi & I would climb up into the truck and ride with him into the garage. Way cool! We also got to sit in the cab of his grader and pretend to drive. Those were really big toys. lol
